Every Product is Unique
The photos are for your reference only. Each item is made to order, by hand, and therefore might contain slight imperfections in the finished product. This means each item is unique to you!
Safe to Eat From
All the products we use are lead-free and food safe.
Care Instructions
If the product has 24K gold paint on it, it is not microwave or dishwasher-safe.
If the product doesn’t have 24K gold paint on it, then it is microwave and dishwasher-safe.
Shipping Information
Presently, we only ship to the lower 48 United States but hope to expand soon.
Returns
We do not currently accept returns. Your Aldred Design Studio piece is yours to keep!
If your item comes in the mail damaged or defective, please take pictures of the package as soon as you receive it and contact us using the form below so that we can begin the complaint process with the shipping provider.
